We are looking for a Business Analyst to be assigned to Yapı Kredi Technology Leasing Application Development team.

Job's Requirements:

• Taking responsibility in software development processes as a Business Analyst by adapting the agile software development methodology and processes of Yapı Kredi Technology,
• In Banking Information Technology projects, working with business units in line with business demands, designing business processes, performing functional and technical analyses,
• Working as member of the software development team throughout the software development process, ensuring coordination to meet business requirements and functional needs,
• Performing functional tests of applications, service and database tests and coordinating the user acceptance tests,
• To be able to renew herself/himself and her/his way of working about new business applications, software development tools and methods by following technological developments.

Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
• Minimum 2 years related field experienced candidates,
• Knowledge of software development life cycle process,
• Ability of thinking analytically and solving problems,
• Good follower of new banking trends and approaches,
• Skill in teamwork and successful in written and verbal communication in English,
• Eager to improve, learn and being a part of team,
• Creative and solution-focused,
• Familiar to agile methodologies /scrum,
• Good level of SQL.
