Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Identity & Access Analysis – Conduct interactive workshops with stakeholders to assess existing IGA processes. Identify challenges and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.

Process Optimization – Evaluate and redesign digital identity workflows for efficiency, leveraging IGA solution capabilities and best practices.

Strategy Development – Collaborate with IGA architects to co-create an identity governance roadmap, including cost-benefit analysis and implementation strategies.

Solution Selection & Implementation – Assist clients in selecting the most suitable IGA solutions for their needs, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.

Stakeholder Communication – Present IGA vision, strategies, and recommendations to management and key decision-makers to secure alignment and buy-in.
