JD-

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track project outcomes and business KPIs.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and training for new systems or process changes.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Monitor project progress and support project management activities as needed.
