FT Hybrid schedule. Monday and Friday are remote days. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday are in office days in DC. In office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays are REQUIRED. Some travel (1-2/month) – team meetings, site visits within Exelon service territory.

Overview for the Business Analyst Junior:

This position is as a Project Management Analyst (PMA) supporting the Distribution Program Management Office (DPMO) at PHI. This position provides day to day support of a Sr. Project Manager at PHI responsible for a variety of electric utility distribution programs and projects, primarily in Washington DC area. Roles and responsibilities of the PMA include support on a variety of project analytical activities, contract administration including supporting development of RFP's for distribution programs, creation contract requisitions, contract payment authorizations, invoice review and approval, accruals, and overall contract tracking responsibilities. PMA's will be responsible for managing a large amount of program level data that is tracked through a variety of programs including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft PowerBi. Successful candidates must have strong analytic skills including specific experience with advanced functions in Excel. Preferable is candidate who is organized (deal with high volumes of orders), vocal (interaction with a variety of stakeholders required) Some knowledge of utility construction is definite plus Detail Oriented, Organized, Timely, Effective Communicator Dependable – must report at Pepco office in Washington DC (3) days per week
