RPA BA * 5+ years of hands-on experience as a business analyst * Proficient in Agile methodology and utilization of JIRA and confluence * Should have an automation background (RPA/Xceptor/Test automation) to collaborate proactively with stakeholders and identify opportunities for strategic automation initiatives. * Create comprehensive documentation, including process flowcharts, user stories, and detailed specifications, ensuring a clear roadmap for automation projects. * Contribute to project planning and estimation, provide technical governance to ensure realistic timelines and resource allocation, and collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time. * Facilitate unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and production implementation Roles & Responsibilities * Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track * Deep dive into business processes and uncover automation opportunities.
