Job Summary

The Business Analyst II will support the Clearance Operations team, ensuring timely trade matching and clearance for Wealth Management Fixed Income and Equity trading flows. This role requires close collaboration with business teams, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to optimize operations and improve efficiency within Client Global Wealth Management division.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee trade matching processes for fixed income and equity trading flows.

Ensure timely clearance of trades prior to settlement date, collaborating with internal teams.

Work with business and technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve trade-related discrepancies.

Support project management initiatives, driving operational efficiency and innovation.

Conduct data analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements.

Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, peers, and management.

Prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally with project management exposure.
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment products, including equities and options.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Efficient time management and task prioritization skills.
