You Are

The BA profile is responsible for analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proposing solutions by creating User Stories so we can develop the solution we need as a company.

The Opportunity

• Hybrid: In office/remote
• Gather information to improve the product or service
• Identify business needs
• Analyze data to evaluate processes
• Provide data-driven reports and suggestions
• Design solutions to business problems
• Plan the technological architecture with the technical team
• Validate implemented changes if required
• Work closely with different areas to understand the solution
• Involve all stakeholders in the requirements gathering and solution design processes
  
  

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience
• Office proficiency
• SQL knowledge preferred
• JIRA proficiency
• Confluence proficiency
• Intermediate English (preferred)
