Position Overview

The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that the organization can adapt and thrive in a continuously evolving environment. Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create business process models to illustrate workflows and processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Utilize SQL to extract and analyze data for reporting purposes.
• Develop data visualizations to present insights and trends effectively.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to business processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience in business process modeling and improvement.
• Familiarity with stakeholder engagement techniques.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in business intelligence concepts and tools.
