Looking for a Business Analyst – D365 (Functional) & eCommerce (Magento) for a leading retail brand in Gurgaon.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) with strong functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and hands-on exposure to Magento eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving digital transformation through effective ERP and eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the functional expert for D365, particularly in Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales modules.

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to D365 and Magento processes.

• Support D365 configuration, workflows, user roles, and enhancements based on business needs. • Ensure smooth integration between D365 and Magento, including order flow and customer data synchronization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with functional expertise in D365.

• Proven exposure to Magento or similar eCommerce platforms.

• Strong understanding of ERP-eCommerce integration processes, including order-to cash and inventory management.

• Familiarity with web services, APIs, payment gateways, and third-party logistics (3PL) workflows. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
