Your mission

As a Business Analyst, you’ll turn business questions into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze product usage, customer behavior, sales funnels, and operational metrics. Your work will directly inform strategy, product direction, and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Data Analysis & Insights

• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify growth opportunities, market shifts, and competitive trends that inform company-wide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and evaluate key strategic initiatives, supporting decision-making with clear insights and scenario modeling.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (CRM, product analytics, customer feedback, ops tools)
• Translate data into business insights that inform product, sales, and customer strategies
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with Sales to optimize pipeline reporting, conversion insights, and forecasting
• Support Customer Success with churn analysis, health scoring, and renewal signals
• Collaborate with Product to track feature usage, adoption, and user behavior
• Partner with Operations to improve internal processes and reporting
  
  

Reporting & Tooling

• Build dashboards and automated reports to increase visibility into key metrics
• Help improve our analytics stack and ensure clean, reliable data sources
• Create ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives (e.g., new market sizing, cohort analysis)
  
  

Your Skillset To Navigate Success

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or strategy in high growth startups, investment banking, or consulting environments
• Background in maritime, logistics, or industrial tech sectors is preferred
• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and business models
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience with HubSpot, Mixpanel, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages (for advanced analysis) is a plus
