Sr. Business Analyst – Job Summary (List Format)

Work hybrid (1-2 days/week onsite) in Detroit, MI office (local candidates only).
Optimize Commercial Markets business processes using Six Sigma methodologies.
Apply in-depth knowledge of SIPOC analysis to compare, contrast, and optimize processes.
Document and analyze differences in business practices across the enterprise.
Identify root causes for unique aspects of Commercial Markets as an HMO.
Create and utilize SIPOC comparison tools at the process level.
Summarize findings for different business audiences, both verbally and in writing.
Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to complete business process assessments.
Mitigate project risks and issues through to completion.
Develop and present creative PowerPoint presentations to senior leaders.
Create Cross-Functional and Value Stream process maps using Visio.
Perform gap analysis and provide recommendations to business leaders.
Baseline current-state conditions and prioritize improvement solutions.
Develop meeting agendas, lead meetings, and prepare detailed meeting notes.
Work both independently and collaboratively on process analysis tasks.
Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Visio, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business, Process Improvement, Health Science).
Required: Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or higher.
Not an IT role; candidates with IT backgrounds will not be considered.
