We are looking for a Business Analyst (BI / Reporting) to join an exciting international data transformation project in a leading multinational company in the automotive and mobility sector.

This is your opportunity to play a key role in a Data Driven Organization initiative, where global reporting and business intelligence processes are being standardized across all regions (Europe, Asia, Americas).

Responsibilities

• Conduct GAP analysis between local processes and the global BI/reporting model
• Identify and translate regulatory, tax, and business-specific requirements into functional documentation
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, define, and validate requirements
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with distributed and multicultural teams (design, development, QA, business)
• Support the delivery of regulatory reports for central banks and financial institutions

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst, ideally in BI, reporting, or financial process environments
• Strong skills in process analysis and gap identification
• Experience working on requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams
• High level of English (C1), daily use with international teams
• Basic understanding of SQL and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO) is a plus
• Valued experience in automotive, mobility, financial, or ERP (SAP controlling) environments

Modality: full-remote.

Schedule: Flexible, Friday intensive.

English: C1.
