We’re looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong understanding of technology risks and controls to help design and implement a unified exceptions management process across a global organization

Your Responsibiliti

• esCollaborate with stakeholders across the business (including 2LoD, Control Owners, and Design Teams) to gather detailed requirement
• s.Analyze current workflows to identify overlaps, inefficiencies, and risk area
• s.Facilitate workshops and lead discussions with global teams to align on proposed process improvement
• s.Design and document a new, unified exceptions management process for technology and cybersecurity controls across business units and geographie
• s.Produce clear and comprehensive process documentation that meets both technical and business stakeholder need
