Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in evaluating business challenges, optimizing workflows, and facilitating successful implementation of digital projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and recommend effective solutions.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure project alignment.

Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira to manage project tasks and track progress.

Develop and maintain business requirement documents to guide project execution.

Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the impact of proposed changes on system performance.

Support Agile Scrum teams by participating in sprints, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

Analyze and improve business processes within claim administration and CRM systems.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and Word to communicate findings.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.

Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project tracking and task management.

Strong skills in CRM systems and claim administration processes.

Hands-on experience with gap analysis and business process optimization.

Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.

Competence in creating business requirement documents and conducting A/B testing.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
