About The Role

We’re looking for an energized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys analyzing data, and wants to contribute to improving the performance of cross-functional teams.

You’ll work closely with our Account Managers, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to help drive efficiency, ensure accurate data management, and provide actionable insights that move the needle.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze team performance data, track key metrics, and identify trends that enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain and regularly update CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate and real-time team data.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to support high-level servicing.
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations.
• Assist the Senior Program Manager in identifying and solving workflow inefficiencies.
• Act as a liaison across internal teams to streamline communication and ensure alignment.
  
  

Key Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Optional (but adds bonus points): SQL/Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
