Job Description Title of role: Business Analyst (PAM) Location – Frankfurt, Germany Employment Type: Contract or Permanent Working Mode: Remote with occasional travel Language: English & German B2 Certified Project: Privileged Access Management (PAM) Context: The project involves activities of the Privileged Access Management team, providing technical and methodological support for strategic and operational implementation within the Cyber-Security program. It aims to develop and describe PAM specifications and ensure secure access management. Services Required: Technical support for Information Security Identity & Access Management (IAM). Requirements management, including identifying and processing requirements for PAM. Governance and minimum requirement compliance. Rollout management and consulting. Methodological support for structured pursuit of PAM goals. Project Details: Location: Frankfurt am Main Service Provision: Services will be provided onshore, with a potential mix of remote and onsite work. The project operates within a waterfall collaboration model. Technical Requirements: Experience: o At least 4 years of project experience in IAM and PAM. o Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT security projects for railway transport companies (EVU). o Proven experience with the CyberArk tool and knowledge of IT security standards (NIST, ISO 27000, BSI IT-Grundschutz). Skills: o Knowledge of requirements engineering standards (e.g., IREB, Sophists). o Proficient in using Jira and Confluence (minimum 2 years of experience). o Familiarity with OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology. o Strong understanding of the challenges in IT security related to identity and access management.
