🔍 Lead Strategic Business Analyst – Enterprise Technology Transformation

What You’ll Tackle:

• Direct enterprise-wide initiatives to simplify and modernize procurement and asset management operations
• Lead integration and enhancement of key platforms (including S/4HANA, Ariba, engineering, and analytics tools)
• Coordinate test strategies and lead user acceptance processes across cross-functional teams
• Mentor analysts and technical contributors while tracking KPIs and delivery performance
• Build executive-ready briefings, translate operational challenges into data-driven solutions
• Develop scalable policies, compliance mechanisms, and process optimization frameworks
• Act as a strategic connector between IT, finance, and supply chain to ensure unified transformation goals

What You Bring:

• 5+ years leading multi-functional tech projects with enterprise tools like SAP and Ariba
• Strong fluency in procurement (S2P), billing (O2C), or lifecycle process optimization
• Hands-on experience leading software testing lifecycles in enterprise environments
• High proficiency in Excel with strong data modeling and automation capabilities
• A proven ability to lead by influence, communicate across levels, and deliver change
• Eligible to work in the U.S. under export-controlled program requirements
