We are looking for a Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support a major decommissioning project focusing on Legal Archiving and Legal Hold requirements in the banking domain.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Draft business and application requirement specifications in collaboration with SMEs and business users.
• Define metadata structures and rules to support traceability and accessibility of archived records and documents.
• Contribute to regulatory and legal compliance efforts around archiving and investigation-ready documentation.

💼 Technical Skills Required:

• Mandatory: MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Preferred: Basic SQL knowledge

🏦 Banking & Domain Expertise:

• Mandatory:
• General banking knowledge
• Legal archiving experience
• Nice to Have:
• Wealth Management / Private Banking
• Institutional Banking
• Familiarity with core banking or CRM systems

🌐 Language Requirements:

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• German proficiency (a strong plus)
