Job Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and the Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will be key in bridging the gap between business needs and technology, driving data-informed decision-making and optimizing CRM and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Support implementation and integration efforts of Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce platforms.
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and training initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Continuously evaluate business performance and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Hands-on experience supporting transformation and modernization projects.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM-related projects.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI).

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with data migration or system integrations.
• Business process modeling and workflow design.
