Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong systems integration skills to drive key project activities and deliver robust business documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate, analyse, and document business requirements
• Develop business cases and briefing papers for initiative approval, funding, and prioritisation.
• Create detailed requirements specifications for tenders and procurement documentation.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation
• Analyse and understand the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Validate detailed functional specifications
• Facilitate and participate in design sessions with solution designers, stakeholders, and project team members.

About You;

• Proven experience in planning and facilitating workshops, and documenting business information and processes
• Strong background in business case development, procurement documentation, and project requirements management.
• Demonstrated experience with major hardware/software implementation projects, business process analysis/modelling, and information analysis.
• High-level analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think laterally and conceptually.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Effective organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Desirable;

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Knowledge of State Government networks, systems, and processes.
