What you’ll do

This Business Analyst position will support the Senior BA to deliver the annual / bi-annual AOP, monthly forecasts and months ends from end to end, including rolling over and distributing slide packs.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Senior BA to coordinate inputs from all other sources, incorporating into AOP, Fcst and month end as required
  • LVA / MVA ownership of tracker, monthly reporting to states and partnering with the business to enable access to funds.
  • End to end AUC reporting and business partnering with Project Managers to facilitate accuracy of AUC data.
  • Own the creation of dynamic, agile models that enable superior analysis and scenarios to support the E2E areas of accountability
  • Provide key ad-hoc analysis to stakeholders and leadership team.
  • Continuous improvement to processes with a focus on identifying and removing duplication.

 

What you’ll bring

You'll be energetic, agile, enthusiastic and passionate about enabling business decisions by understanding the drivers of cost and identifying opportunities for improvement.


Also, you'll bring in:

  • Strong technical skills, including processing large volumes of data, modelling and analysis with the view towards driving efficiencies (eg SAP, GCP, Gen AI).
  • Advisory skills to be able to operate with integrity, living our values and doing the right thing.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple ongoing deliverables with firm deadlines.
  • A finance degree and CA / CPA qualified / or working towards that.
