Job Overview
The Performance Analytics group is a high-profile team of leaders with vision and problem solvers who apply rigorous analytics to help assess and guide T-Mobile's key postpaid consumer marketing initiatives. We combine our ability to dive into the data with sharp business insight - we have our finger on the pulse of the business and advise senior leadership on key business decisions. We are looking for a driven self-starter with an analytical approach who is passionate about delivering business insights. You will conduct fast-paced analysis on various initiatives and trends in customer acquisition, revenue, and churn that drive the trajectory of the business. You will influence marketing strategies and provide strong decision support to business owners across the org. You will regularly deliver and present actionable, well-supported recommendations to executive leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
* Own analysis of key initiatives launched by T-Mobile, including Un-carrier moves and promotions
* Provide strong decision support and robust recommendations based on data-driven analysis, executing high-profile analysis and delivering data narratives across business groups
* Measure or assist in measuring the value of our acquisition and upgrade offers, evolving customer base, and initiatives to develop revenue and reduce customer churn
* Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner
* Develop and lead positive, constructive collaborations with one or more cross-functional teams
Education and Work Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree Data analysis, data science, similar quantitative fields (e.g., engineering, operations research, computing science, statistics, economics, finance or equivalent practical experience :Advanced Degree Preferred
* 4+ years Working experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches financial, operational analysis, management consulting, or analytics roles Required
* 4+ years Working experience reporting and analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Required-Ability to leverage visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI to generate insights
* 4+ years Working experience in advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of large complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research Required-
* Working experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred. Preferred
* Telecommunications Preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Data Analysis Exceptional at using wide ranging datasets to deliver broad analysis and insights to improve value creation and return on investment. (Required)

Base Pay Range: $77,900 - $140,500
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
