Overview We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Duties Operate CNC machines, ensuring precise machining of components according to specifications. Utilize sheet metal fabrication techniques, including laser cutting and press brake operations. Perform quality inspections on finished products, using precision measuring instruments to verify adherence to specifications. Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any operational issues as they arise. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Utilize hand tools for assembly and adjustments as needed, demonstrating mechanical knowledge throughout the process. Assist in welding tasks as required, contributing to the overall production goals. Skills Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and understanding sheet metal fabrication processes. Experience with laser cutting technology and operating press brake machines is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with hand tools and their proper usage in a manufacturing setting. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality output in all tasks performed.
