Building Services Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee building services from specification and procurement to installation, testing, and commissioning.

• Assist in the preparation of detailed tender documentation and the submission of O&M manuals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in building services, ideally with a contractor or in a transferable field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant IT systems.
