Building Services Engineer (Mechanical)

Salary: €50,000-€65,000

Location: Berlin, Germany

Need to be able to speak German and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Support new European engineering projects within your area of expertise.
• Develop project scopes in collaboration with design teams and clients, including budgeting and reporting.
• Assist with large-scale projects in various sectors such as Commercial, Hotel, Residential, Cultural, Healthcare, and more.
• Promote our services within the German and European markets.
• Mentor junior staff through our Academy program.
• Become a key contributor to our European operations.
• Help diversify our service offerings.

What We're Looking For:

• Over 2 years of experience in Mechanical Design, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Knowledge of HOAI requirements.
• Project management experience.
• Expertise in HVAC design and fire safety.
• Solid understanding of German engineering norms (DIN, VDI, etc.).
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience in sustainability design and certification structures (DGNB, BREEAM DE, etc.).
• Willingness to join a multidisciplinary team and engage in hands-on work.
