We’re looking for a smart, reliable, and proactive Building Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a high-end commercial building in Andheri East, Mumbai. This role is the backbone of smooth operations—bridging the gap between tenants, service teams, brokers, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact between owners and tenants
• Manage daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams
• Coordinate with vendors for upkeep of common areas, lifts, power backup, and other essential services
• Supervise parking operations and enforce building rules
• Liaise with brokers and conduct walkthroughs of vacant spaces
• Ensure timely resolution of tenant issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Keep accurate records of service contracts, maintenance logs, and occupancy updates

Who You Are:

• 5–7 years of experience in building or facility management (commercial experience preferred)
• Hands-on, organized, and able to multitask with ease
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Comfortable coordinating with brokers, tenants, and service vendors
• Tech-savvy and proactive in reporting, scheduling, and follow-ups

Type: Full-time | 6 days a week
