The Role

We’re looking for a friendly, capable Building Manager to join our team at a busy residential complex. If you’ve had a few years of experience in building or facilities management—or in a similar customer-focused role—and you’re ready to step into something more dynamic, this could be the perfect next move for you.

You’ll be part of a supportive team that values communication, teamwork, and doing the job right. Most importantly, you’ll be the go-to person for residents—someone who takes pride in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained living environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting residents with day-to-day queries and requests
• Liaising with trades and contractors to get jobs done quickly and properly
• Monitoring common areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and up to standard
• Facilitating access, move-ins/outs and amenity use
• Managing proactive building communications
• Reporting issues and assisting with compliance and building systems
• Being a key team player in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in building/facility management or a related customer-facing role
• A genuine interest in helping people and making buildings feel like home
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Someone who’s organised, proactive, and ready to take initiative
• Comfortable with basic software platforms (reporting systems, emails, etc.)—training provided
