Depending upon your experience, you’d be involved with the following: On-site field inspections of residential and/or non-residential buildings Utilize your excellent knowledge of California Standards Building Codes Conduct inspections related to mechanical, plumbing and electrical Verify code compliance for new and existing buildings Approve construction, alterations, repairs, remodels, TI’s, expansions, etc. Interpret, apply, and explain applicable Federal, State, and municipal codes Conduct non-engineering plan reviews and construction in accordance with codes Prepare reports and correction lists for various stages of completion Input and retrieve data from records systems Work independently, manage own time and schedule Prepare and submit required paperwork If you possess one or more of the following, we’d love to speak with you!
