Check out some of your day:

• Manage work orders using client CMMS (Planon) and JLL CMMS (Corregio)
• Maintain and optimize PM plans, schedules, and asset audits
• Support work scheduling, execution, and closure processes
• Implement PM task checklists and balance labor plans
• Analyze maintenance metrics and improve work planning processes
• Provide Tier 1 support and training on CMMS systems
• Assist with BAS network maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with IT for network policies, security, and documentation
• Develop expertise in building systems, BAS hardware, and software
• Manage help desk tickets and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate on project management and service delivery
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis for building systems
  
  

Here is who we are looking for:

Required

• Strong understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, automation)
• Knowledge of BAS systems, networking, and protocols
• Proficiency in drafting reports and presentations using workplace software
• Quick learner with strong technical skills
• Microsoft Office experience
• Familiarity with help desk service management applications
  
  

Preferred

• Knowledge/experience in Facilities Management and/or Real Estate industry
• Experience with applications like BacNet, Tridium Niagara (building automation tool), etc
