What You’ll Do
Lead Installations. Direct and coordinate field teams and subcontractors installing BAS/HVAC control systems.
Wire, Mount, Execute. Install controllers and field devices, manage cutovers and retrofit panels, and ensure jobsite logistics run smoothly.
Commission Systems. Drive functional testing, QA/QC, client demos, and commissioning activities with high accountability.
Inspect & Optimize. Review, validate, and troubleshoot BAS systems—leverage tools and AI to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Report & Communicate. Own daily site updates, safety documentation, and issue tracking. Collaborate with PMs, clients, and commissioning agents.
Engineer & Grow. Provide input on project estimates, attend bid walks and audits, and contribute to future opportunities.
Requirements
What You Bring
5+ Years Field Expertise. Proven track record installing, testing, and troubleshooting BAS systems—especially Distech & Tridium Niagara.
Technical Fluency. Skilled in interpreting AE drawings, submittals, and relay logic with hands-on experience.
Leadership & Ownership. Able to plan work, guide others, and communicate with clients directly.
Tool-Savvy. Strong with MS Office and keen to adopt AI and tech innovations that improve workflows.
Resilient & Resourceful. Thrive in fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.
Travel-Ready. Up to 75% travel required to project sites—REAL ID or valid passport needed. Travel by car or air based on project needs. Must be located near a major US airport.
