• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management.
• Minimum education: Vocational School in Drawing and Building Engineering.
• Experience with BOQ preparation and management.
• Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Professional certification in Quantity Surveying is a plus.
