Job Summary

bTranz Software Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud, with expertise in Core HR and Payroll. You will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle HCM solutions, providing thought leadership to clients, and contributing to the growth of our HCM practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on functional configuration and setup of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically Core HR and Payroll.
• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and support.
• Conduct workshops and requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain functional design documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Oracle HCM best practices and system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues related to Oracle HCM.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between HCM and other systems.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of innovative HCM solutions.
• Mentor and train junior HCM consultants, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud updates, releases, and new functionalities.
• Work effectively with clients across various industries and sectors.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development (desired).
  
  

Mandatory Skills And Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on Core HR and Payroll.
• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Setups.
• Successful completion of at least 3-4 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and implementation.
• Excellent understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work from office.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g., Talent Management, Compensation, Absence Management).
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
• Experience working with clients in the UAE and East African regions.
• Experience with OTBI and/or HCM Data Extract.
• Knowledge of Fast Formulas.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Hyderabad, India.

We are not considering candidates who require offshore work arrangements.
