We’re seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented individual to support our brokers with best-in-class property marketing, client presentations, and market intelligence.
Position Overview:
The Brokerage Services Coordinator plays a critical role at the intersection of brand, deal execution, and market analysis. This individual will be responsible for crafting compelling offering memorandums, gathering and analyzing real estate data, maintaining our CRM and property database, and supporting the firm’s marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Design
- Create property offering memorandums, flyers, and client presentations
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Assist with social media content and email marketing campaign coordination
- Coordinate professional photography, floor plans, and aerial imagery for property listings
Data Analysis & Research
- Compile and maintain sales comps, rent comps, and property database
- Support brokers with market research, ownership records, and demographic reports
- Analyze asset-level performance metrics such as cap rates, gross rent multipliers, and net operating income, to support valuations
- Utilize MS Office & additional software to track key trends in multifamily sales, pricing, and investor sentiment
- Other tasks related to the support of the team’s marketing and data analysis as directed
Technology & Systems
- Maintain and organize the firm’s CRM
- Manage sales pipeline and ensure all listings and sold properties are updated internally and on external platforms
- Automate routine reporting tasks using appropriate software
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in an agile environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva preferred
- Strong writing, formatting, and analytical skills
- Experience with CoStar, LoopNet, and Reonomy preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, finance, marketing, or data analysis preferred
