What You Will Do

• Own and drive transformative operational strategies bringing cutting-edge technology with financial services. If you are looking for a departure from the typical way brokerage operations has been done and want to try something new, this is the place for you.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with financial regulations.
• Daily execution of back office, asset transfer, and operational workflows to serve clients.
• Proactively identify and implement AI and machine learning technologies to revolutionize traditional brokerage workflows.
• Develop and maintain robust operational processes that balance complexity with client-centric simplicity.
• Design and implement data analytics frameworks to optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaboration and partnership with our Advisors, Client Service, Operations Teams and Product internally.
• Build strong partnerships with our external partners and seek best-in-class and emerging solutions.
• Maintain a knowledge of the competitive landscape and new technologies we can immediately apply, or test and learn with our work.
  
  

Skills You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in brokerage operations or technology-driven financial services.
• Series 7/63 or Series 65; open to other licenses including S24, 99, 66.
• Expertise or background in custodial operations, trading and ACAT processes is beneficial.
• Proven track record of implementing automation and technological solutions.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with a passion for reimagining traditional operational approaches.
• Strong interest in data analytics, bonus for proficiency in business insights tools such as Sigma, Looker or other Power BI tooling.
• Bonus points: process automation experience
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale operational processes through technology.
• Proactive, exceptional communication skills, capable of leading complex initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and innovation, student of the financial services industry.
