The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Brand Manager with solid FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) experience. You'll be at the forefront of driving our brand strategy, growing market share, and executing high-impact campaigns that resonate with modern consumers. You’ll own the brand narrative — from positioning and pricing to creative direction and campaign rollouts.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end brand strategies across digital and offline channels.
Drive market and consumer insights to fuel brand growth.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, creative, sales, and digital teams.
Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
Requirements
3–6 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry (a must).
Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
Passion for women's wellness, sustainability, and innovative products.
