Additionally, we provide top-tier consulting and training for brands and businesses. We are currently seeking a Brand Program Manager to support the development and execution of our global brand strategy. This role includes managing brand integration, product brand strategy, global trademark processes and governance, consumer and employer brand strategy, and various brand related projects. As the Brand Program Manager, you will support the Senior Manager of Brand in implementing the NSF brand strategy. This involves ensuring an efficient and effective production system, overseeing the execution of brand architecture, and managing the project coordination of brand-related initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Designer to ensure timely delivery of brand projects, and maintain updated assets and tools on our brand platforms
- Manage the front-end administration of our brand platforms (Intranet, Digital Asset Management (DAM), SharePoint, and Canva), liaising with suppliers and internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our creative project management platform (Asana), ensuring a robust and integrated user experience in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain the approved supplier and external agency roster; serve as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding agency advice and briefing processes. Manage agency communications and keep them updated on brand news, while hosting regular clinics with approved agencies
- Manage the global budget related to agency usage, facilitating cost-efficiencies and consistent quality of outputs, along with conducting audits to monitor spending
- Coordinator project planning and the production calendar in collaboration with Marketing, IT, Communications, and web teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage the internal communication for global brand campaigns
- Oversee the internal brand champion network
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand-related project management and/or production management
- High proficiency in configuring and managing production management tools such as Asana including automation and integration with other platforms as part of an organizational tech stack
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Good experience of B2B branding in a matrixed, TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) organization
- Strong budget management experience
- Experience in regional and global execution
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives, along with experience in change management methodologies and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with our mission and goals
- Strong leadership skills to drive accountability across teams and ensure successful project completion
- Experience managing third-party vendors, as well as selecting and managing creative agencies and offshore resources
- Clear communicator (both written & verbal) who can facilitate dialogues with stakeholder and drive toward outcomes
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills
