Summary

Job Title: Brand & Media Manager Ireland (Fixed Term Contract - 1 year)


Division: Marketing, Customers & Digital


Reports to: Head of WEM Digital, Marketing & CX


Location: Blanchardstown Office (Hybrid)


Job mission:

Responsible for brand management and media planning within the Irish market as well as the implementation and development of all brand related projects.


Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Brand guardian across all customer touchpoints.
  • Brand strategy and positioning development and maintenance to ensure our relevance and awareness within the consumer’s mind.
  • Campaign implementation and reviewing and tracking results & media KPI's.
  • Creative concept development across TV, Radio, VOD, Digital Audio, Social Media, for multiple product groups.
  • Media planning and booking across traditional and digital channels.
  • Identify and deliver additional methods of brand-building where relevant and aligned with strategy and budget, including Out of Home, Commercial Sponsorships and more.
  • Project management of campaigns including approvals and sign off from relevant
  • departments.
  • Stakeholder Management, ensuring a high degree of alignment internally between Brand and any team that is charged with delivering brand promise.
  • Strong agency management to deliver best performance ahead of competitors in
  • partnership with our key agencies.
  • Integration of insurance regulation requirements into all customer touchpoints.
  • Budget Management to ensure effective and efficient spend of agreed budget.
  • All copy & content to be reviewed and approved in conjunction with Head of WEM Digital, Marketing & CX as they will have final sign off on any changes that would impact the customer.


Qualifications:

  • University Degree in a Marketing or Business-related field.
  • Strong marketing knowledge with a minimum experience of 5 years in similar positions.


Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience of developing business strategies and propositions and seeing these through to the delivery of actionable results.
  • Experience defining and delivering media campaigns.
  • Results orientated with a track record of consistently delivering to agreed objectives.
  • Experience with media agency management & managing planning capacity.
  • Understanding of the insurance industry or financial services is a positive, but not a requirement.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team and with numerous other parties to achieve intended results.
