Summary

MEISON is a collection of high-end and luxury women’s apparel brands including Jones New York, Misook,

Ming Wang, Masai Copenhagen, and Kasper. We focus on elevated, timeless workwear and fashions that are

easy to mix-and-match and designed to help build an effortless and reusable wardrobe. Our brands are

found online, through specialty boutiques, and in stores with our various retail partners such as Neiman

Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s and Dillard’s.

Position Summary:

As a Brand & Integrated Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring brand cohesion and

efficient operations across various teams within our organization. Your responsibilities encompass

collaborating with Performance Marketing & CRM, Retail & B2B, Merchandising, People, and the

Executive team to streamline the marketing funnel and deliver a consistent brand experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing & CRM, Retail & B2B, Merchandising, People, and Executive

team to ensure brand cohesion throughout the funnel and efficient operations across our five

brands.

  • Create, manage, implement, and track a comprehensive marketing calendar that encompasses the

entire marketing lifecycle, from lead generation to customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Drive public relations strategy, including agency & contractor management and alignment with

brand strategy and retail & Ecommerce growth opportunities.

  • Identify, secure, and cultivate mission-aligned strategic & brand collaborations partnerships
  • Spearhead influencer marketing and brand ambassador programs
  • Lead organic social strategy & planning across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms (Tiktok,

Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Attend and contribute to Sales Strategy meetings as a voice for integrated marketing messages
  • Oversee the creation and production of literature in conjunction with product launches +

performance marketing initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design or similar field
  • 2-4 years of social media and influencer marketing experience focusing on channel and program

management

  • Expert content knowledge of leading social media networks including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook,

LinkedIn and Pinterest

  • Social Management software and editing software experience preferred (Adobe, Canva, InDesign)
  • Marketing Metrics and Analytics knowledge
  • Proactive communicator and problem solver
