We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Lead market research, competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, and opportunity assessment to define and prioritize product marketing opportunities. Lead the creation of sales marketing collateral positioning for all of our business unit assets in a positive light and contribute to in-bound Request for Proposal (RFP) requests. Develop strategies to improve marketing campaign performance, building value, and positioning our company's products as an integral part of the media mix. Analyze marketing campaign performance data to glean and develop optimization recommendations. Consult clients on our product offerings and demonstrate a deep understanding of product capabilities, measurement, attribution, and KPIs. Work with cross-functional teams to create visual dashboards to allow for sellers to own their accounts and analyze several touch points throughout the sales journey. Support the Accelerator team's strategy by identifying upselling and optimization opportunities with existing clients. Partner with SalesOps and other cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvements and efficiencies. Manage and develop a team of Brand Development Managers to deliver results against set goals. Bring structure to and ensure delivery of Bi-Monthly Sales Plans, Quarterly and Monthly Business reviews with P0 clients, and Campaign Strategy Reviews and Product Launches. Ensure coaching via consistent client feedback loop, including managing multiple media campaigns across the book of business, relaying the impact across several client teams, and understanding the knowledge gaps and areas of opportunity within our internal teams.
