We’re on the hunt for a Brand Activation & Partnerships Manager with a sharp eye for detail, a flair for storytelling, and a passion for building meaningful brand moments. This is a hybrid role where you’ll work across markets, channels, and departments—playing a key part in both our trade marketing initiatives and our co-branded partnerships. What You’ll Do

🛍 Country Marketing Execution

  • Support the rollout of multi-channel campaigns across global markets (think: DACH, UK, France, Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, Benelux, Baltics, US, China).
  • Adapt global assets to fit local market needs—respecting culture, context, and retail realities.
  • Work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to localize strategy and make sure we’re speaking the right language (sometimes literally).
  • Help organize events, pop-ups, trade shows, and other real-life moments that bring the brand to life.
  • Monitor campaign performance and partnerships across markets—spot the insights, share the learnings, and help us do it even better next time.
  • Track seasonal trade marketing activity and support our retail partners with engaging, on-brand promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, e-comm, product, operations) to keep everything aligned and on time.

🤝 Commercial Partnerships Marketing

  • Own the day-to-day on co-branded products and licensing partnerships—from planning and asset coordination to post-launch reporting.
  • Act as the bridge between internal teams and external partners to keep campaigns aligned, creative, and cohesive.
  • Coordinate timelines and marketing deliverables for collabs that get people talking (and shopping).
  • Ensure every touchpoint—from product to campaign—is true to the collab’s concept and our brand’s voice.
  • Manage agency relationships and production partners tied to partnership campaigns.
  • Help run internal briefing processes and keep everything moving forward, on track, and beautifully executed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing—ideally in lifestyle, fashion, or consumer goods.
  • A solid multitasker and project juggler. You’re comfortable in spreadsheets and brainstorms.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and partnering with external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools (CMS, analytics, project management software, email platforms, etc.).
  • Fluent in English. (Extra languages? Big plus.)
  • Proactive, creative, hands-on—and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • A team player with a passion for bringing brands together and making ideas happen.
