This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager and Branch Sales Officer located in Lucknow. The Branch Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team, develop sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. They will also oversee daily operations, mentor and train sales staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The Branch Sales Officer will support the sales team by generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales. They will conduct market research, assist in developing sales plans, and maintain accurate sales records.
