Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, ensuring smooth execution across Install, Technical Service, Collections, and Warehouse teams.
• Manage a team of 100+ professionals, with a focus on performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Drive financial and operational goals, and implement best practices to optimize branch performance.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and collaborate with Account Management and Sales teams to exceed expectations.
• Foster a union-friendly, safety-first culture with a focus on both team and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of operations management experience, with at least 5 years in a union environment.
• Proven track record managing large teams and high-volume transactions.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage blue-collar teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large P&Ls.
• Professionalism and the ability to regularly interact with clients at all levels.
