Looking for a Branch Manager that will be the lead for three other sales personnel and running the accounts for commercial clients interested in buying wholesale security/camera equipment.

Part of the position is running the distribution center in back of building, including inventory control.

5-10 years of experience within security distribution.

Location - Boston, MA (in an industrial and rougher side of town area)

Not looking for larger sized national security company experience (ADT or Honeywell) who installs in homes or small businesses.

💼 Sales & Customer Relations

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, integrators, and other B2B customers.
• Drive branch sales through customer engagement, upselling, and promotional campaigns.
• Stay informed about product lines (security systems, access control, CCTV, fire alarms, etc.) to assist clients effectively.

👥 Team Leadership

• Hire, train, and manage branch staff (sales reps, warehouse staff, etc.).
• Set performance goals and conduct evaluations.
• Foster a positive, efficient, and customer-focused team culture.

📊 Reporting & Strategy

• Track sales performance, branch profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with regional or corporate management on strategic planning.
