The Branch Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing various operational tasks within the branch. This role ensures smooth daily operations, compliance with company policies, and effective communication between the branch and headquarters. The coordinator will handle a range of duties from attendance monitoring to performance reporting and asset management.
Job Responsibilities
Site Visits: Conduct occasional site visits to ensure branch operations are running smoothly.
Service Branch – License Renewal: Handle the occasional renewal of branch licenses.
Attendance Monitoring: Monitor and record daily attendance of branch staff.
Product Exchange Reporting: Prepare and submit daily product exchange reports.
Branch Performance Monitoring: Track and report on branch performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Branch Asset Management: Manage branch assets and ensure proper utilization and maintenance on a daily basis.
Job Assignment: Assign daily tasks to branch staff and ensure completion.
Weekly and Monthly Reporting: Compile and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and participate in monthly and S&OP meetings.
Claim Confirmation: Confirm and process monthly claims.
Task Coverage: Provide support for service administrative and warehouse administrative tasks as needed.
Branch Planning and Action: Develop and implement branch plans and actions as required.
Additional Tasks: Perform any company-related tasks as requested by HQ.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in branch operations or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Other: Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings as required.
