About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our offline sales operations in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing channel/distributor networks in the consumer electronics or durable goods sector, with proven success in driving sales, leading teams, and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all branch-level operations, including channel sales, dealer management, and retail partner development.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets in assigned territory.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and in-store branding across retail outlets.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the branch sales team to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory, logistics, and credit control in coordination with internal teams.
  • Provide timely sales forecasts, market intelligence, and MIS reports to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in offline sales within the consumer electronics, appliances.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-channel distribution networks in Andhra Pradesh or nearby regions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
