We’re working with a well-established, high-performing construction equipment dealership to source a Branch Manager.

This is a leadership role focused on driving performance, safety, and operational excellence across service and parts. Ideal for someone with strong P&L experience and a track record of building and leading teams in the heavy equipment or dealership space.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead branch operations with full P&L responsibility
• Oversee daily operations across service and parts
• Drive safety, performance, and team development
• Support facility upgrades and modernization projects
• Play a hands-on role in leadership succession and team expansion

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership background - dealership experience is a must.
• Proven ability to lead large teams.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset.

Role Details:

• $110,000–$130,000 base + 20% bonus
• Relocation support available
• No company vehicle
