The candidate should be a Graduate/Post graduate with around 10-12 years of relevant experience in managing a shipping agency branch/ container liner agency. The candidate must be result-oriented, mature, and have a pleasant disposition. He must be able to effectively manage people and external agencies.

Job Responsibilities

• Organizing and controlling sales efforts to cover the local market extensively and intensively.
• Identifying potential customers, creating and accepting challenges, leading a sales team.
• Maintaining relations with Shippers/Intermediaries and leading corporates.
• Optimizing revenue, market share, and maximizing liftings.
• Organizing and controlling customer support processes to give all customers the feedback they require.
• Managing overall port/ICD operations.
• Coordinating with customs and rail operators.
• Maintaining/updating & reviewing customer records in ERP systems.
