Salary: £33,000 – £45,000 + Annual Bonus (£2,000–£3,000)

Are you a proven leader in wholesale, distribution, or retail operations looking for your next challenge? A fast-growing import and distribution company based in Uxbridge is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee and drive performance across its operations, team, and customer service functions.

This is a hands-on management role offering real career progression, with a pathway to Director-level for the right individual.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch including inventory, order fulfilment, and imports
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a small team to deliver high service standards
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute commercial and operational strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
  • Monitor KPIs and branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth
  • Maintain compliance, organisation, and high standards across the branch
  • Handle supplier communication and assist in managing incoming shipments
  • Promote and support sales growth by highlighting product lines and improving service levels


Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in branch, depot, retail, or distribution management
  • Strong team leadership and customer service skills
  • Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Tech savvy – confident using Microsoft Office, Google tools, and learning new systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • A genuine interest in the automotive or technical products sector is a bonus
  • Full UK driving licence required
