Responsible for managing relations between internal and external customers, this role is expected to liaise among various stakeholders to address operational issues for Homeschool Global Cebu. Responsibilities: Support strategic interface between HGLI Cebu and Regional Office to ensure that potential business value is recognized. Implement and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures and governance structures for monitoring and control. Coordinate with different resources to address pain points respective to operations Ensure that excellent customer service levels are achieved across all services. Monitor Customer Satisfaction Data to ensure compliance with the standard quality of service. Work with relevant customer support functions to manage data monitoring and control. Collaborate with various stakeholders for the setup of the operations. Assist in the administrative task in finance, records, and events coordination. Oversee the successful implementation of the HGLI Cebu transition. Qualifications Must be a college graduate with a preference in Business Administration, Management, and other related degrees. At least 3 years homeschooling parent. Excellent administrative and organizing skills. Computer Literate; skilled in MS Office and Online Meeting Platforms (e.g. Zoom/Gmeet) Experienced in handling projects and events is a plus. Strong attention to detail and desire to improve efficiencies Willing to work onsite.
