• Lead and manage daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards
• Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
• Monitor and maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Drive sales and implement promotional strategies to meet revenue targets
• Handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive guest experience
• Maintain accurate financial and operational records and reports
• Collaborate with head office on strategic and administrative tasks

• Proven experience as a Restaurant or Branch Manager (minimum 3–5 years)
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hospitality operations
• Proficient in inventory management and basic financial reporting
• Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve on the go
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is an advantage
